Services: Youth Counseling Services (YCS) offers a variety of psychological and counseling services to families of Southeastern Tennessee.  In particular, YCS reaches out to children and youth needing assistance with issues of day-to-day living. Mental Health Services provided by YCS includes psychological evaluation, counseling, testing, and various educational enrichments.  Our clients include children, youth, and adults ranging from elementary school age through senior adults.

Designed to provide safe environment and enrich positive learning experiences for children tat will help them develop emotionally, socially, cognitively, and physically. Tutoring provided four days per week by college students. No fee.

Those include: Tutoring, Mentoring, Individual and Group Counseling, Recreation Activities, Values Education, Daily School Attendance Monitoring, In-home Family Intervention & Conflict Resolution,
